Shipping We typically deliver goods within the member states of the European Union, except for Malta and Cyprus. You can find the list of carriers and prices in the Cart – Checkout section. The goods will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. For orders over 100 euros, which are delivered to Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Poland and Hungary, shipping is free. Payment You can pay for the goods as follows: 1. Cash on delivery This payment method is only possible when delivering goods to Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary. You will pay for the goods to the carrier in cash or by card upon receipt of the shipment at the address provided by you. The administrative fee for cash on delivery can be found in the cart – checkout section. 2. Bank transfer You can also pay for goods via online banking. After submitting your order, we will send the necessary information to make an electronic banking payment to your email address. Please ensure to fill in all necessary data, especially the payment reference stated on the proforma invoice, so that your payment is matched. The goods will be shipped after your payment has been credited to our account. 3. Card payment online in the Global Payments payment gateway After submitting your order, you can pay for the goods with a payment card. We currently accept payment cards VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro and MasterCard.
