Oatmeal porridge with Christmas flavour

To make it easier to resist this sweet temptation, we dressed the oatmeal in a festive jacket and added a unique blend Bio bora Relish.

And how does this cacao delicacy that you can enjoy without feeling guilty make the Christmas porridge so special? Bio bora Relish is a rich source of dietary fibre. In winter, you will definitely appreciate that it contains vitamin C, which will support your immunity. This mix of superfoods also includes the Peruvian maca root, which will give you enough energy to enjoy this joyful period to the fullest.

The excellent taste of this nutritionally balanced porridge, in addition to cacao in combination with sweet yacon and the exotic hint of camu camu in Bio bora Relish, is also ensured by fresh figs, fragrant cinnamon and butter from mildly sweet cashew nuts.

  • 2 tbsp Bio bora Relish
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 4 tbsp oatmeal
  • 300 ml of oat drink
  • 1 peeled and grated apple
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 figs
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract


  1. Mix oatmeal, 1 mashed banana, vanilla extract, cinnamon and grated apple into 200 ml of oat drink and cook for 2-3 minutes until a creamy mixture is formed.
  2. Mix 1/2 of the mashed banana with the mashed fig flesh.
  3. Prepare the chocolate icing by mixing Bio bora Relish with half a banana and cashew butter in 100 ml oat drink.
  4. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl, add the fig-banana mixture and cover with chocolate icing.
