Coco-Choco Cubes

  • 50g Bio bora Relish
  • 200g dates
  • 100g oatmeal
  • 400g coconut flakes
  • 100g walnuts
  • 550ml coconut milk (extract)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 150g dark chocolate (with 75-85% cocoa)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Nuts of your choice to sprinkle with

Preparation

  1. Mix Bio bora Relish, dates, oatmeal, 50g coconut flakes, walnuts and 150ml coconut milk until you get a thick mixture.
  2. Place baking paper in a baking tin and spread the mixture to a thickness of 2–3 cm.
  3. Place the baking tin with the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix 350g coconut flakes with maple syrup and 400ml coconut milk until the ingredients form a thick mixture.
  5. Take the baking tin out of the fridge and spread the coconut mixture on top of the first layer of the mixture.
  6. Melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil in a water bath. Let it cool a little bit and pour it onto the coconut layer.
  7. You can sprinkle desiccated coconut and nuts of your choice on top.
  8. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
