Mix Bio bora Recover protein with dates, cashew butter and coconut into a tasty mix that will supply your muscles with all the necessary macronutrients.

Bio bora Recover protein is rich not only in plant proteins and essential amino acids, but is also a natural source of vitamin C and minerals. The nutritional value of this mixture was achieved using a combination of pea, hemp and rice protein with superfoods: lucuma, spirulina, barely grass, acerola, lemon ginger and camu camu.

  • 2 tbsp Bio bora Recover protein
  • 3 tbsp cashew butter
  • 8 pcs dates
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 100 g bitter chocolate (85%–90%)


  1. Blend the dates into small pieces.
  2. Mix the ground dates in a bowl with Bio bora Recover protein, cashew butter, coconut, maple syrup and coconut oil until a thick mixture is formed.
  3. Place baking paper in a square bowl and spread the mixture to a thickness of approx. 1.5–2 cm.
  4. Leave the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours.
  5. Cut the cooled mixture into approximately 3 cm wide pieces.
  6. Dissolve the chocolate in a water bath and soak the sliced pieces (whole or half of them). 
  7. After the chocolate has cooled, store the bars in the fridge. 

This way, you get a nourishing after-training delicacy ready for a few days!
