Cacao

Cacao beans contain an extraordinary amount of polyphenols. According to research, these are considered to be one of the most widespread groups of plant compounds with significant antioxidant properties. As a rich source of flavanols, regular consumption of cacao could, according to studies, help protect the skin from sunlight. In addition, cacao is a good choice for emotional well-being and relaxation. It contains tryptophan, which is being researched as an antidepressant.

Quinoa

Quinoa, also called the “mother of all grains”, is rich in nutrients including magnesium, iron, calcium and phosphorus. Compared to other grains, quinoa has a high amount of fibre.  It does not contain gluten, so it will definitely be appreciated by people with celiac disease. Quinoa is a source of valuable plant compounds, including quercetin and kaempferol, which are being studied for their antioxidant properties.

Yakon

Naozaj chutný a výživný produkt! Pridávam ráno do vločiek s rastlinným mliekom a v kombinácii s bora bora recover protein je to super mňamka! Výrobky nahrádzajú prísun vitamínov, čo mi chýba v bežnej strave a navyše sú veľmi chutné a nič netreba prisladiť!
