Salty pancake with sheep cheese

Pancakes can be served for breakfast, lunch and dinner or whenever you feel like to indulge in something good. And it doesn't have to be just pancakes in a sweet way, as we will show you in a recipe that vegetarians can enjoy as well. The distinctive soft sheep's milk cheese called in Slovakia bryndza will zing the pancakes up and the wonderful aroma of fried onions will bring the result to perfection.

To the dough, we have added Bio bora Recover protein, which is based on pea, hemp and rice protein. This vegan blend is also beneficial as a natural source of essential amino acids, vitamin C and minerals.

And because we like superfoods, we couldn't omit lucuma, spirulina or barley grass and even more. However, not only the composition is absolutely great, but also the fact that the whole preparation will take you only a few minutes. Thus, you won’t waste a second of your time!
